Food selection for conference dinner

The conference dinner will take place at St. Patrick restaurant (www.stpatrick.cz50°2’1.39″N, 15°46’47.626″E, see map). Prelected menu listed below will be served to participants according to their choice.

1 – 250g “IRISH BURGER” – juicy flank of beef burger layered with vegetables and garlic dressing, served in a fresh bun with a small bowl of fries.

2 – 250g Grilled roast chunk “DOOLIN” tender roast served with onion preserve.

3 – 200g Tender chicken medaillons with slices of tomato, melted mozzarella and topped with pesto sauce.

4 – 200g “IRISH STEW” diced meat with potatoes, carrots and onions drowned in stock with Irish beer and thyme.

5 – 500g IRISH CODDLE hotpot of potatoes, fat bacon, smoked sausage and fresh onion.

6 – 200g Pork SIRLOIN in cream sauce with soft dumplings, garnished with lemon, cranberries and whipped cream.

7 – “CAESAR“ salad with pieces of grilled chicken, herb baguette croutons, parmazan cheese and Ceasar dressing.
