Prelected menu listed below will be served to participants according to their choice.<\/p>\n<p>1 &#8211; 250g &#8220;IRISH BURGER&#8221; &#8211; juicy flank of beef burger layered with vegetables and garlic dressing, served in a fresh bun with a small bowl of fries.<\/p>\n<p>2 &#8211; 250g Grilled roast chunk &#8220;DOOLIN&#8221; tender roast served with onion preserve.<\/p>\n<p>3 &#8211; 200g Tender chicken medaillons with slices of tomato, melted mozzarella and topped with pesto sauce.<\/p>\n<p>4 &#8211; 200g &#8220;IRISH STEW&#8221; diced meat with potatoes, carrots and onions drowned in stock with Irish beer and thyme.<\/p>\n<p>5 &#8211; 500g IRISH CODDLE hotpot of potatoes, fat bacon, smoked sausage and fresh onion.<\/p>\n<p>6 &#8211; 200g Pork SIRLOIN in cream sauce with soft dumplings, garnished with lemon, cranberries and whipped cream.<\/p>\n<p>7 &#8211; \u201cCAESAR\u201c salad with pieces of grilled chicken, herb baguette croutons, parmazan cheese and Ceasar dressing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The conference dinner will take place at St. Patrick restaurant (www.stpatrick.cz,\u00a050\u00b02&#8217;1.39&#8243;N, 15\u00b046&#8217;47.626&#8243;E, see map).
